Halifax offer cashback on Green Mortgage Products
Halifax have reduced their rates this week and have introduced a new product range for their Green Mortgages, starting at 1.04% for a 2 year fixed rate at 60% LTV with product fee there is now a £250 cashback for buying green!
The £250 cashback is available on selected residential products, to those purchasing a property with an Energy Efficiency Band of A or B, or an Energy Efficiency Rating of 81 or higher. Evidence of this must be validated prior to application, via an Energy Performance Certificate or a valid Predicted Energy Performance Certificate for New Build properties.
The new product range includes, 2, 3, 5 and 10 year fixed rates as well as FTB rates and New Build products with extended end dates now up until 30th June 2022. The 10 years fixed rate starting at 2.07% with £999 fee at 60% LTV.
Vitality Life launch a Summer Offer
One of our protection panel providers Vitality have launched a Summer Offer for our clients from 1st July to 30th September 2021. The policy is available for any of our clients taking out a new and eligible Vitality Life or Health Plan. They will be able to benefit from up to two months premium as cashback and an Apple Watch Series 6 from £37 upfront and with nothing else to pay if they stay active and earn enough activity points on their Vitality Reward scheme.
